• All battery operated or electronic gadgets such as cameras, audio/video cassettes, compact discs, MP3s, floppies, laptops, or portable music players.
  
• All bags such as travel bags, back packs, briefcases, suitcases, leather, jute or cloth bags and zip folders. Only a plastic bag containing your application related papers would be permitted.
  
• Sealed envelopes or packages.
  
• Any inflammable item such as matchboxes/ lighters/ fuel.
  
• Any sharp objects such as scissors, pen knives or nail filers.
  
• Weapon or weapon like objects or explosive material of any kind.

Other items may be prohibited based on security staff discretion.

Please note: The visa application centre is unable to store prohibited items. Applicants should make other arrangements to store their belongings before they enter the visa application centre.

Disabled access

If you require assistance, please ask security staff at the entrance to the visa application centre.

• A temporary ramp will be positioned at the entrance of the visa application centre for wheelchair users.
  
• Wheelchairs are available at the visa application centre.
  
• A friend/relative may accompany a customer with a disability.
  
• A lift is available in the visa application centre for use by disabled customers.
  
• There are no parking facilities.
  
• There are no disabled toilet facilities.
